Where represented, the Safety Agent is responsible for applying approved safety boundaries, content restrictions, role checks, risk signals, escalation concepts and audit records. It does not make autonomous safeguarding decisions, diagnose needs or replace human review.
Internal staff notes are not intended for learner display. SEND information is not automatically released to parents. Support flags and ParentLink summaries remain adult-reviewed demonstration concepts.
Where there is an immediate risk of harm, follow the school’s safeguarding and emergency procedures. Do not rely on the App as the only form of response.
The public Hub is a demonstration and does not replace a school’s safeguarding policy, designated safeguarding lead, professional judgement or statutory duties.
